I am watching Casablanca.
I am on my second Guinness.
I got told all day that I have a bad attitude.
I am ready to go back to work, so I guess that means the bug has bit and I am better.
I love Guinness.
Im going to open up as gastropub.
I am blessed with the coolest parents on the planet.
I made mac and cheese today that was so good fold where picking out the bits from the bottom of the pan.
I have lots of new Bob Dylan to listen to, thats pretty cool.

So this has been a whirlwind few days eh?
Saturday was a pretty special day, with the help of friends (new and old) I was able to get in the spirit of the holidays...a little...
There is a new year coming up. This is going to be a very interesting year. This will be the year i finish my degree. The year of big decisions. The year to....gulp....become a grown up.
Who knows what is going to happen.
...I challenge the experience.

...and a chef with 35 yrs. experience from Hilton Head said that my sushi was top notch and the attention to detail was spot on...

deep breaths and nervous laughter
im good.
im just trying to find the kid in me who was happy can be to be in culinary school.
...hed probably be tired to, but in a get up and go fashion.
...i really cannot think of anything I would rather be doing though...im hooked.
...i am however...happy yo have saturday off....now all i have to worry about is finding something to wear!

That is a list of what I am generally doing these days for anyone who is interested.
Speckle in there a little bit of homework, some cooking, and lots of Bob Dylan. Lots.
..I am tired, I miss people, but I am not sad...everything has a purpose and reason.
I have been meaning to post this quote...its practically my new favorite....ever.
